Vibrating screen is widely used for grading and screening materials in the following fields: minerals, quarry, building materials, water conservancy and hydropower, transportation, chemical industry, smelting and so on. Henan Yuhong Company is able to provide individual units and complete system.
Line Vibrating Screen Characteristics:
1) small cubage, light weight, simple structure, easily fixed and maintenance, .and no need to lubricate;
2) low energy consumption due to the vibrating resonance principle and double plastid works at low critical nearby resonance;
3) higher concentration of feeding material
4) little damage to the feeder chute, because the material in the chute is continuously thrown and moves bound around along the track of parabola.
Vibrating Screen Working Principle:
Vibrating screen consists of screen box, supporting device, vibration exciter, transmission part, etc. The barrel-type vibration exciter is installed in the middle part of the machine. During normal operation, the vibration of exciter will drive the screen mesh fixed on the screen box vibrate, and then materials will be screened. The big and small materials fall from the upper side and lower side of the screen to get them separated.
